cANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment with us is appreciated!
However, we understand things can happen : If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us to avoid any cancellation fee.
48 hour cancellation policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointment at least 48 hrs in advance to avoid our cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled services. This gives us enough time to fill the slot with another appointment.
Day of/ No Show cancellation policy: Clients who cancel day off or no show to their appointments without prior notice will be charged 100% of scheduled services.

No refunds on services: We do not offer refunds rendered at ALMÄ studio. Our team of experienced professionals work diligently to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: If you have any concerns or are unhappy with the results of your service, we encourage you to bring it to our attention within 7 days of your appointment. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly & to your satisfaction.
Resolution Process: Upon notifying us of your concerns, we will work with you to understand your needs and find a suitable resolution. This may include scheduling a complimentary follow up appointment to correct any issues or providing an alternative solution that meets your expectations.
